Eat your oatmeal
Several studies have looked at whether oats truly benefit the cardiovascular system and also weight control.
The American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine (Volume 2, page 51) says YES! --- the grain has lived up to the claims. So ... eat your oatmeal, feel better and reduce that weight naturally!!! Ok?
